The videos create a link which can be shared and added to their social media profiles and resumes. Recruiters and hiring managers can open the link to view the separate videos to better understand WHO that person is and whether there is a cultural fit within the organization. The candidate is able to best represent their motivations, passions, special interests, and talents.
